OUR FOUNDER
Mufti Muhammad Muzaffar Alam Qasmi Purnawi, a distinguished Islamic scholar from the Seemanchal region of Bihar, is a skilled mufti, an experienced teacher, and a selfless servant of religion. He is a thinker who is always actively engaged in the welfare and upliftment of the community, particularly in the educational and economic advancement of the underprivileged children of his region.
For the past fifteen years, he has been teaching fundamental and advanced books of the Dars-e-Nizami curriculum at major Islamic institutions across the country. Observing the educational backwardness of his area, he founded Al-Habib Public School in 2016 in his native village, Bhawani Pur Patkeli, District Purnia, Bihar, despite having no financial resources. The school was initially set up in the form of a small hut to provide both religious and secular education.
By the grace of Allah, 16 students have successfully completed the memorization of the Holy Quran from this institution, while 50 students have passed their matriculation exams with high and distinguished marks.
To efficiently manage all affairs of Al-Habib Public School and to organize it legally, he established the Al-Habib Educational & Welfare Trust, which has now been officially registered with the Government of Bihar.
